Destination Sol is a free-to-play hardcore space arcade/RPG. You start as a pilot of a small fighter ship on the edge of a star system, and you're free to explore the game world, land on planets, fight with enemies, upgrade your ship and equipment, hire mercenaries, mine asteroids, and more.

Hard to control it's easy if their joystick. Why my mercenaries gone after I save the game and open it my mercenaries is gone.

Took me a long time to find this game again as I had deleted it before to free up space, and having missed it tried for the longest time to track it down again lol, submitting a review to say it's a lovely gem but the inconsistent save 'feature' is almost a game breaker. I especially enjoyed encountering the merchant hangar ships that look like vandalized vending machines, and having one of the most memorable dogfights of any 2d tds in and around (yes, in the tiny square landing hangar) the ship. Look forward to future titles from you!

It's a great adventure space game. What's really annoying is spending hours playing it when it may or may not save your progress to pick up playing later... It rarely saves any progress I make.

Game is no longer playable. Ever since the new version. Controls need to be redesigned. The game is too fast at normal mode. Needs a time sequence option to make it playable. So user can either speed up the play or slow it down. For being version 2 sure has a lot of bugs. Sometimes the ship goes in super speed one way and no way to stop it.

I played this a long time ago, it was good, hard to control but good. But now, while trying (key word, TRYING.) to play on android 15 with gestures and a conversation in a bubble, this game is impossible to play. Any time focus changes (yes, gestures change focus even when staying in the same app), the game isn't aware of it causing whatever but too you had pressed at the time to get stuck on. I can not, recommend this game anymore to any1 using bubbles or gestures. Sorry. 🙁
