Whether you’re planning a road trip or heading across town, detourGo helps you find useful and memorable places near your path or around one spot—without going far out of your way.

Search your way • Along your route — enter start and destination (or use current location)
• From a single location — search in a radius around one place

Find what you want • Tap categories — food, fuel, EV charging, parks, museums, castles, viewpoints, rest stops, and many more
• Or describe it in your own words — e.g. “a castle to visit”, “quiet café with Wi‑Fi”, “fast food drive‑thru”
• Use categories and description together when you want

Stay in control • Set Detour Radius when you search; refine with Detour within … on results
• Limit search to part of your trip by distance or by time (along-route)
• Filter by open now, minimum rating, and distance along the route

Plan and go • See results in a list and on a map; sort by closest or highest rating
• Check ratings, open/closed, and an estimated reach time (clock icon)
• Navigate (single location) or add stops to your route, reorder them, then open Google Maps for directions
