Very responsive customer service. We were able to fix the initial maddening cycle of sign in and sign up without getting access to content. The app, once working, is great. But we pulled a lot of hair before that.

I find this is a good way of listening and learning German, but it is difficult to download when I am not on Wi-Fi. It is also good to read the article and listen at the same time, or write down words from the listening. I have improved my listening skills through using this app. I wish I could download the whole audio on my mobile phone then I won't have the worry of Wi-Fi not being available.

Caution - subscription scam! Initially they say free trial for a month and then start charging you for the next subscriptions automatically. They have threaten me with the legal consequences. It was psychological stress for me till the things got sorted. Though the content was great and level appropriate. Poor sales and marketing tactics!

Signed up to learn German. Unfortunately unless you speak German there is no way of understanding any of the guidance to use the materials. I did not access any of the materials, but months later I receive threatening legal letters, in German, which tell me to pay €32!!!! Disgraceful. Unless you already speak German, leave well alone

I have a subscription for both the magazine and audio but cannot download either of them with the app. Instead, I get a "purchase issue" message. It seems that every few months there is some problem with service, which is becoming very tedious and is probably coming to the time for legal recourse.

I can to search for learning Deutsche and installed the application. They have such a pathetic subscription where you get your subscription by just installing the app and agreeing for some terms return in Dutch. Don't forget that I came here to learn Dutch that means I don't know duetch and after 3 months slap a bill of 30 euros for subscription. It's like a fraud running with the people who just want to learn Dutch. Kunden service is pathetic.
