Is a good app but service center is not good I have and area of the app that doesn't work (spieled und punk ten.) Have contacted twice, and uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested and still doesn't work.

I'm not able to register in the app with my existing D.C. Every time I enter my Card number, it says 'Please verify the card number'. It's the card that's in front of me, and I am copying the number, digit by digit. It's the correct number, but the app isn't accepting it!!! Terrible!

Loving it not until when I collected 1000 points, and suddenly they have to deduct 500 points without any reason and also ask me to spend the remaining 500+ points on ramie. Does that mean I have no right on my collected points, and they will be the one ordering me to buy online when there are supermarkets around me. What an evil and selfish thing to do. Is it a must to do prämiebestellung?.👎👎👎👎

Not all our points are added to our Profile. Buying groceries which has special points and the points is not reflected to my Deutschland Card at all. Very disappointed!!!!

The app is good. But there is no chance to change language to english, so I need to make a screenshot all the time and translate trough google translator. If the language change option will be added I will change my review.

Unable to add the address. No one replies on their Facebook page. I'm sorry I don't have time to email you. Please check your social media or delete all your social media accounts if they're good for nothing.
