Pls make sure that you send prasad because it makes no point if someone is participating in the puja, and they don't get to eat the prasad of their offering. It can be a small Tishri or eve a gram but understand the significance of the devotion with which people participate. I have performed so many pumas through your platform. Pls make a note of this otherwise it makes no send to do puja on online mode.

I have booked a family pooja through this app. It was said earlier that pooja video will be given within 3 days, but now they are saying that it will be given within 5 days. I am in doubt whether pooja was offered by them ? But whereas I have made pooja in other app such as punya mandir where they have given videos within 48 hours. Now I am feeling that they might not have given pooja. It may be a scam
