Reading all those reviews made me think I'm using a different app? Aside constantly asking for permissions only needed for initial setup, it works fine. 240V Wi-Fi switch, installation and config was easy.

I did finally get the app to work. However, contrary to the instruction manual, there is absolutely no sunset to sunrise option. I expect I'll be returning the three zone 300 w and probably most expensive transformer on the market.

I'd like to be able to program my lights to stay on for a couple of hours per day starting at sunset. App only lets me turn on at sunset, but there's no way to countdown timer, so it automatically turns off.

Similar experience with Google home. The automatic link doesn't work, and the instructions are for a different app that also doesn't work.

The lights themselves are very nice. However, this app is just above useless. Difficult to even see if the lights are turned on or off. It constantly loses Wi-Fi connection. The colors of the lights don't match what's in the app. Extremely frustrating.
