App doesn't work properly. Support refuses to help me with a password reset. I'm not getting sent my reset email. I know how search through my main inbox and my spam folder. They want a video of me trying to log in rather than helping me get into my account. Apparently, a video of me doing the exact things im describing, are required. She can't do a password reset, due to privacy policy. So, I can't do a reset on my end, and you can't do a reset on your end. Why should I waste my time on a video?
