Hi. I find this app very useful, but there is an issue. I have selected to show sensor readings and graph, but it only shows readings and not showing graph. Please can this issue be resolved? Thanks

Important message developer to developer: Work on the variety of notification tones. Give user many options of sounds and vibrations a soft tone when things are starting to go off the rails building to a code red fire alarm. When you get frequent notifications, and it's annoying with no smooth ramp eople turn it off. Others may feel false fear. At scale someone turned it off and bad things happend. You missed user engagement when it mattered most.

June 30, 2026, ongoing notification is back!!! Good Job Dexcom! Thank you for listening! Now if you could make the app have the ability to add a complication for constant blood glucose levels showing on Galaxy Watch/Android watches it would be perfect. Or make an app just for the watches the same as the phone app would be great. Edit REMOVING 1 STAR BECAUSE APP STOPS WORKING RANDOMLY AFTER LATEST UPDATE

The prior version of the Follow app was much better than this one. On the earlier version, it allowed my wife's blood glucose readings to always show in my notification bar as well as on the lock screen. In this version, I had to create a home screen widget to have a constant display of her glucose readings. I also have noticed this version constantly drops connection, and I must open the app to get a reading rather than it displaying on my screen.

With the G7, the follow app seems to have no data available a lot. It will be working just find on my daughters phone, but on mine I always get a "no data" alert. I haven't had a reading from her in over a week. I have to check it on her phone.

Ever since the update on Wednesday the app constantly says "App not working" and I get no notifications. I can't use the support page on the dexcom website, it just asks me to call their phone number.
