I am an electrician, and I am sharing an experience of mine, in the last five years, this is the first such experience I have seen with the Gol Medal Dhan Barse app. While scanning my coupons, around 3800 rupees worth of points had accumulated and, when I tried to transfer them to my bank account, I saw that 10% TDS was being deducted. I created a profile ID on the 'Gold Medal Dhan Varsha' app in 2021, but it remains pending to this day. I have tried contacting them via two mobile numbers—one listed on the app and the other found on the Play Store—and have also sent emails to various addresses, yet they still haven't activated my ID. I do not know the reason; I even contacted the retailer who called them on my behalf, but the ID status remains 'pending.' Their customer service is extremely poor.
