Amount debited from my wallet and not received on my account, Not this time, Every time I transfer, Every time it fails, I don't know why, fix this problem, As an electrician I suggested many customers to buy Gold medal products, With these issues how can I suggest, If it repeats I will suggest other Companies like GM, Roma, etc. Even though this app is also a fault, not working properly, If I call customer care, they don't pick calls, If I mail, they don't respond, Very bad experience

I am an electrician, and I am sharing an experience of mine, in the last five years, this is the first such experience I have seen with the Gol Medal Dhan Barse app. While scanning my coupons, around 3800 rupees worth of points had accumulated and, when I tried to transfer them to my bank account, I saw that 10% TDS was being deducted. So, to report the issue, I first contacted the Kolkata number and later the Mumbai number. I asked them, sir, why is 10% TDS being deducted. I did not receive any
