I created a profile ID on the 'Gold Medal Dhan Varsha' app in 2021, but it remains pending to this day. I have tried contacting them via two mobile numbers—one listed on the app and the other found on the Play Store—and have also sent emails to various addresses, yet they still haven't activated my ID. I do not know the reason; I even contacted the retailer who called them on my behalf, but the ID status remains 'pending.' Their customer service is extremely poor.

Worst app for ELECTRICIAN, plzz don't use, customer service is not working properly wherever you will call to customer care they didn't pick up ur call or didn't reply on WhatsApp, I have created my ID since 30 days before, but my ID is pending and no one is available for listening my problem also not able to redeem from wallet just asking Good medal team if you are not able to resolve the ELECTRICIAN problem then why you are sending offers for electrician, why you are wasting time of ours
