Never take loan from this app, their customer care is worst im waiting to invoke my mutual fund from 7 days still they silent and not replying my mails too

Very disappointing experience with Dunlap. I was told my pledge would be released within 3 days, but it has now been 8 days, and it is still not released. Every day customer care says “kal pledge release ho Jayesh,” but nothing happens. There seems to be only one person handling my calls/messages. I clearly explained that I have an emergency, but there has been no urgency or proper escalation. Please release my pledge immediately and improve your customer support.
