DHI Mortgage is an exceptional company! I have been working with them for some months now, and they at DHI have been very patient with me while I get my finances in order. I'm kinda disappointed in them, I feel like I got scammed I got good rate, and I was giving 50% down, as it's about time to have closure, they tell that they never received anything from me, so I started paperwork again and now much higher rate, or they offer to buy house for cash. I'll not work with them anymore.
