Changes of delivery in app do not affect in the actual deliveries. For the same waybill the app shows one delivery address while the online website shows another one. Unbelievable. Delete your app from Play Store, please.

Tracking details are really confusing - it seems to have combined events for many parcels (EXPRESS BREAKBULK with over 100 "pieces"), doesn't include timezones, and customs clearance entries make it look like it has arrived before it has left the previous country. ChatGPT gives a better explanation of what is happening than DHL, and tracking on the website gives a lot more detail than the app. But until my parcel arrives, I'm not sure what to trust.

No universal tracking number input. Very poor compared to other delivery apps. A few years later, it's still useless. Still can't track my parcel. Also, via website, delivery says it was attempted when it wasn't. I have cameras that confirm this, shoddy service.

DHL used to be incredibly reliable, but now they have started doing the GLS lying tactic, lying about people not being at address and lying about the attempt delivery, so to save money by simply dropping at dropping points... I wouldn't mind using drop points, BUT I PAYED for delivery to door... very bad. To you people DHL, if you use GLS for final delivery, then this is not your fault, you should have nothing to do with GLS are liars and do not do contract job, which looks like a DHL failure?

I have the DHL eCommerce app v1.7.0(369) but I can't see it on the Play Store. It doesn't recognize my shipment (nor does DHL Express Mobile app) and "Your feedback is important to us" in-app does nothing. As a mere customer, there is no way to contact anyone at DHL to report/discuss the issues, which serves only to increase frustration. If you're lucky, your shipment will arrive, but if there's a problem, you're stuffed. Consider this before using DHL. Other courier services are available.
