STEP 1: Customer ‘drops-off’ clothes in dhobilocker, sets a 4-digit PIN and places the order via dhobilocker app. STEP 2: dhobi (Laundry Service Provider) will collect garments directly from lockers STEP 3: After processing it, drop-it back in the locker by setting a new PIN STEP 4: Customer will receive delivery notification then makes payment to receive unlock PIN, Picks up the fresh garments using new PIN received.
