Dial pad has been very easy to use and has worked really well for my small business, whether the PC desktop application or the Android mobile app. The texting, call routing and auto attendant options provide a professional cloud-based communications platform that has helped me increase efficiency and focus on growing my business.

If you want to run a legitimate business with this service, look elsewhere. You get constant spam calls and even with their filters, I got about 3 per hour from similar numbers. They have a fee for incoming texts and some people weren't unable to text or call period. Call quality was bad and laggy. They said they would process a refund after I cancelled my service (paid for a year) but after I cancelled I was immediately denied a refund. Poor service and shady operations, avoid.

They updated the app, and now you cannot copy and paste numbers into dial pad section when trying to make calls. Who thought this was a good idea to remove!? Now, you must toggle back and forth between two screens to look at numbers and input in the call screen (dial pad). Major reduction in user experience for me. Very irritating that they would remove such a basic feature.

This is the worst android app experience I have ever had. An app that is capable of running in a web browser is completely incapable of running on seemingly any android tablet device. On Android 10 and android 12 (both Lenovo) incoming calls ring briefly, then the popup disappears leaving no way to answer. Placing an outgoing call works, but then you can't hang up. On Android 15 (TCL), it says "this device does not support placing or receiving calls" - while working in chrome on the same device.
