I joined Diamond Credit Union when I lived in PA several years ago. Since then, I have moved all over the country and still stuck with them. They make mobile banking easy and are always courteous if I have any questions. Haven't seriously thought about changing banks to something closer... no need!

The transaction history search feature does not work at all since the update. This is a critical feature that is necessary when looking for specific transactions. I use this feature to look for specific transactions when filing my taxes, and it is not available. Please fix immediately. The new update is very buggy, and the website is impacted as well when just logging in via a browser and using either mobile or desktop view.

Ever since the update, you made it so my wife has no access to view statements or receive account notifications for our JOINT account, even though we both own the account. I had to change my notification settings to her phone number, and turn off my personal account notifications just to get it to send JOINT account notifications to her... so now I can't get notifications regarding my personal account. We are on the verge of changing banks because of your app.

Why on God's green earth would you be doing maintenance when humans are awake in the world? When I wake up in the morning around 7:00 I always have to wait for the darn app to finish maintenance before I even open the app. Why isn't this happening at 2:00 in the morning or at least give the ability for the user to do some functions while other functions aren't available. For that reason alone it's not user-friendly. Hope someone reads this and can resolve it in the future updates.
