This new app is mostly junk. You spent a lot of money for members not able to get into their accounts. This could be the straw that breaks the back and cause so.e people to go elsewhere for their banking needs. I spent the better part of an hour trying to get into my account. I'm over it. I just might look elsewhere

Why on God's green earth would you be doing maintenance when humans are awake in the world? When I wake up in the morning around 7:00 I always have to wait for the darn app to finish maintenance before I even open the app. Why isn't this happening at 2:00 in the morning or at least give the ability for the user to do some functions while other functions aren't available. For that reason alone it's not user-friendly. Hope someone reads this and can resolve it in the future updates.

EDIT: It used to take me less than a minute to do a mobile deposit. Now? Anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes that is IF ican login. Entering the right login info often produces an error saying the username and password are incorrect. Explain that to my password program please because it IS correct. Text messaging for code often fails to come through, even for logging in on the computer! I'm about ready to jump ship and find another place to keep my money!

Ever since the update, you made it so my wife has no access to view statements or receive account notifications for our JOINT account, even though we both own the account. I had to change my notification settings to her phone number, and turn off my personal account notifications just to get it to send JOINT account notifications to her... so now I can't get notifications regarding my personal account. We are on the verge of changing banks because of your app.
