Seamless access control and scanning experience

No refunds given even if you get in touch multiple weeks prior (never known this with concert tickets) it's not about reducing scalpers at all, it's just about taking your cash. Avoid there's far better ways to purchase tickets with access to refund and help

This app is total rubbish. I can't open it to access the ticket I bought, and it has no details to contact for help. I will now try to cancel my ticket, with the venue. Nightmare, do not touch this one
