Allergens menu is a complete and utter disgrace to my eyes, fix the glaring oversight to list other allergens and gluten in the same allergen type, and get rid of the fact you can't actually tell allergens for individual items, but instead it's for combinations of items. This is a massive disgrace to people with eyes who had to read this.

The app needs work. I was supposed to get a reward just for signing up, but there was none. Kept getting a loop to re-enter my address amd store where I was ordering from. Does have social profile integration which was good, but you still had to sign up. Smh. Lack of drink options and thing you can combine or add on. Payment and scheduling were easy.

App pathetically sent my points redeem order to a local location even though I had never ordered from there. Showed up at my usual location, but not there and is owned by different person so could not assist. Store the order was randomly sent to cancelled but could not refund points. Seriously need a refund request option in this app. And to lock in a default or preferred location, so the App doesn't think you might was to order from a store you had no idea existed.

Horrible experience. We went to the Dickey's on belt line in Irving across from the mall. We ordered a 3 meat plate with sliced brisket, smoked sausage and chicken. The brisket was cold, the smoked sausage was jalapeño and cheddar which they didn't ask which sausage my wife wanted plus the food was cold. I ordered the giant baker with meat. The potato center was hard like it was undercooked the meat chopped brisket was cold. I broke the plastic fork trying to eat the potato I had to use
