★★☆☆☆ This is my 3rd time writing of the horrible way they treat deliverers, as you are waiting for the food to be prepared, Didi threat with being late. Grocery store purchases threatened with 2 min maximum time and the store has a 20-min wait for cashier, people who live near me order dialy from DIDI yet all my deliveries are 30-min drive away, just so Didi get free advertising at the expense of the driver and his vehicle. Also time waiting for order does not count under $ per hour/Km.

★★☆☆☆ Waste of time, app does not work locally if you are traveling internationally. I have a US based cell service, was travelling in Colombia and I gave the app location services permission, but it identified me as being in the Dominican Republic with no way to override this obvious error. Unbelievable! Don't waste your time unless you have local phone service in the country where you are physically located at the moment. The app coders apparently don't believe people travel outside their own country

★★☆☆☆ I have much bad experience with Didi Food. I have applied more than 50 days before but not, yet they replied me. They have taken my all documents and after put me on wait. From somewhere I have got their helpline number, and they force me to speak in Spanish even I have told them that I not know proper Spanish. Didi Food is multinational company and also this app accepted three languages Spanish, English and Chinese. App is best But helpline agents not know English. Strange
