Why count calories?
They uncover calorie bombs. Often one is not clear how many calories the courts. Next you develop over time a feel for the right amount of calories. If you avoid junk foods, keep the number of calories or even slightly below, then you will be pretty easy to remove and keep the weight off permanently also. Another reason is that on virtually every food the exact calorie details are entered and therefore no special precautions must be taken in comparison with other "diets". Simply take the decision to remove and count calories and lose weight even with a successful start! You can do it! I wish you lots of fun!
