Digby and Beattie

The “Digby and Beattie’s Adventure Trail” is an exciting new Augmented Reality (AR) experience designed for the Ipswich town centre, as part of a rejuvenation program that celebrates the town’s historical past, vibrant present, and promising future.
This innovative project will feature seven uniquely designed characters, each embodying a distinct theme that highlights various aspects and activities found across Ipswich. These characters will engage and educate visitors, promoting a deeper connection with the town’s rich heritage and dynamic community life.
Part of the AR experience is an Art Gallery where we can showcase some of the amazing, upcoming talent that that Ipswich has to offer. Schools in the area are being invited to create artwork for each of the 7 AR trails, each with its own unique theme and character. Each school will be given specific characters and themes to work on.
