I got a MI projector from them costing 60k, with promises of after sales - dedicated tech support. I have had issues with the focus from the date I had purchased and this did not improve post multiple Android updates. Digicartz support kept giving me reasons and new mail ID's and contact numbers to use every time I contacted them. Now they want me to contact the manufacturer directly. Xiaomi do not sell these products here and don't have any support here for this product. Feel cheated

Don't trust this digicartz and it's products. They are both fake and If you buy their products by any chance and want to return their customer support will make you wait for 3 weeks and then either they will not respond after that or if you are lucky and got connected they will tell you it's not returnable and hang up the call, will not respond again. Never trust this kind of ecommerce sites or apps Always go with Amazon and flipkart they are much better and reliable. Hope this helps someone new
