As per the reviews I personally feel this app is so good, and they deliver the product and it's not fake and yeah after receiving the product in fully packed condition, this ONDC app is so good but only disappointment is its app bug problem whenever I search more products to scroll it keep on scrolling itself and comes to the first' position, so you should solve this issue first overall this app is best and you should order HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I rarely bash any apps because I know the time and effort goes into such service apps! But this is beyond pathetic! They have no customer support and I mean it! There's no way to contact the support and tickets are just for eyewash! Literal 2 hours delivery time and sometimes no response at all from delivery team! Right now as I type this, my order has not been delivered yet! Horrendous! Update: The number provided no one picks up and order still undelivered and packed at restaurant!
