★★☆☆☆ Worst experience we had with this app. I have taken a 2-wheeler insurance for my brother's vehicle, who passed way couple years back. Vehicle needs to be transferred to my sister-in-law's name for which insurance was mandatory. I purchased insurance through this app. They took 3 days after the payment to issue policy, and now they are saying vehicle details are working and need to be updated for that they want relationship certificate of me with my brother. Disgusting process.

★★☆☆☆ One of the worst insurer I have ever seen. My husband met with an accident, and we needed to do expense from our own pocket because no hospital in the city has cashless support for digit. While reimbursement, they rejected the surgeon fees, after numerous followup they said it was a technical glitch. It took around 2 months to settle the claim. Now for post hospitalization they are doing the same, it's been already 2 weeks but still they are asking for irrelevant and already provided documents.
