Digital Aggregate

The DigitalAggregate™ mobile app brings real-time aggregate analysis to your fingertips. Using your phone’s camera and advanced computer vision, it quickly captures and analyzes aggregate size and shape without the need for a laboratory.

Designed for concrete producers, labs, and quarry operations, the app is ideal for use in the field or on-site, enabling faster and more consistent quality assessments.

With its streamlined image capture process, users can take high-quality photos of aggregate samples, ensuring accurate analysis. Submitted images are processed securely in the cloud to provide detailed reports, including particle size distribution and shape characteristics.

DigitalAggregate™ helps reduce delays and manual effort by delivering fast, reliable results that support mix optimization, production planning, and compliance monitoring. Users can review analysis results directly within the app, allowing for faster adjustments and improved quality control.

Key capabilities include:
- Easy image capture for aggregate samples
- Secure cloud-based analysis and storage
