Extremely glitchy and unreliable. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, yet the app just crashes constantly. Many times I actually painstakingly get the app to function long enough to place an order and the app would show me success! Your order has been placed! Only to find out, 20–30 minutes later, the order had not been placed. Even though I use an option to pin my exact location, the delivery driver ends up one or two blocks off and struggles to find me even with clear instruction

While a good attempt to bring delivery to Sarandë, it falls short in many ways. First if you live in Sarandë you know addresses are mostly nonexistent. Thus requiring users to add an address is a huge barrier and shows the app makers do not understand this city. Secondly, the choices on the app from popular places are lesser quality than what is offered instore. Many popular items are not available on the app and even speaking to the restaurant will not accommodate the requests.
