Have never had a problem with the app. Works as it should. When it chimes, pull over, when you want to look at it, pull over, when you want to read it... PULL OVER!!!! As for it crashing and rebooting... Stay current with today's technology. Ditch your old phone and get with the program. Can't wait for you to catch up. It sucks, I know. But your 2 yr old phone is a thing of the past... Keep up or get left out.

Easy to use. Little driver training required. Very detailed trip information on screen when viewed. It would be nice if the driver could select manually email POD at the time of delivery when entering the name by having an EMAIL POD check box.

A major complaint I have is no control over some features, like notifications. It "bings" to let me know an order came in, once I confirm the order... It should stop notifying me. But it does not. I have to restart my phone in order for it to stop.

Literally the worst app I've ever used. Can't turn off annoying notifications every 30 seconds and the only way to close the app is to force stop. Not even a phone restart works.

Crashes a lot lately after update. Adding schedule orders need to be fixed. The clock option is terrible. Plz add a way for dispatcher to see signature on mobile phone.

I think the app has potential, but to advertise that it's the most advanced courier app is just a false claim. There's no way to see jobs after they've been delivered (for example if you delivered a package but forgot to fill in any associated paperwork first, that information is gone). I often will throw my phone into airplane mode if I know for certain I need information after signing so the delivery is never completed until I restore data. There's no map view, so you have to route yourself by interpreting the text address or view one at a time in you map app. One of the bugs for me is if I'm voice texting notes, and I click on a word to change it, it crashes. It has a look and feel like it was designed for the dispatcher without experience as the driver. It works and does the job, but it could be something so much greater
