I have repeatedly uninstalled updates on this useless app and turned off all notifications, to TRY and disable it. It keeps being updated, even though auto update is turned off and WORSE, getting notifications all hours of the day and night! It's useless, takes up space on my phone and wakes me up at night.

This app, which shows up on my device as "Quickstep" has used almost 4.5 GB of my mobile data allotment the last 3 months. I only get 4.5 GB a month. The month before those months, it only used about 300 MB. I've been using the phone, overall, LESS, the last 3 months, but QUICKSTEP has quickly usurped all of my mobile data, and I need it to STOP DOING THAT. This is lifeline phone, and I don't have the money to purchase Data add-ons. I need THIS APP to stop stealing all my data for the unknown!!
