The lack of experience using this in signature hotel bali. So disappointed, the connection always doesn't work out.

Controls doesn't work at all. Sometimes doors are left unlocked and very dangerous to stay using this. Internet is incredibly slow. It cuts off from time to time.we even lost our laundry using the service. Please consider if u want to use this app.
