Have to reinstall app every time ding requests new password. Frustrating waste of time.

Too many glitches, the app passwords need resetting every few months, why we need a password to view our rosters is beyond me- it's not like someone is going to show up and do my roster! Currently, trying to reset my password and have tried at least a dozen passwords of varying complexity, and it keeps telling me none of them meet the complexity of a corporate password. It is now 1.20am, I have been trying for the last half an hour, this app is beyond frustrating. God help us when electronic shift log on commences, if this is anything to go by.
