Android 9 issue resolved!!! Not working on Android 9, so I contacted US support and got the following response. Issue resolved, thanks! 1. Download DinoCapture 2.0, version 1.5.36, to your Windows computer (the microscope needs a firmware update). 2. Open DinoCapture 3. Press "Ctrl + Alt + Hyphen(-)" to open the "Dino-Lite Firmware Update" window. 4. Enter the password "12345678" and click "Confirm" 5. Connect the Dino-Lite via USB. 6. A prompt will appear, click "Yes" to continue. (DO NOT DISCONNECT THE MICROSCOPE DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS) 7. Once the upgrade is completed click "OK" to exit.

Poor quality. Everytime I open app it closes. There are plenty of other microscope apps that work better. Best part of the app is its free.

Used too work on my Pixel 2 XL now on , Android Pie 6.1.1 it crashes the
app, and any other USB camera imaging interface App I have tried, does not
work with android 5 on Galaxy S8+ period no image, no crash, no popup to
use USB as input. Pl8 fix bugs!
