It was ok until I thought I had cancelled the subscription but still see it being charged on my credit card. When I tried to cancel and use their cancellation form it doesn't even work. Their general inquiry form doesn't work either. They need to send out reminder emails about subscription renewals and make it easier for people to cancel. This is fraudulent business practice if the customer can't even cancel a subscription and stuck with disputing their credit card.

BUYER BEWARE - Don't get this app, you have to get an entire year and then when the app stops working after 3 weeks they won't refund you the $200 for the year. Update in response to their comment. I went through their tech support and followed all of their steps and nothing helped, there was no phone support only email support, and they seemed supremely uninterested in fixing the problem. Don't listen to their platitudes in their reply comments. Also, all the 1-star reviews is evidence enough.

It's confusing. There's nothing to tell you what anything is in English. You're stuck guessing, which is just plain frustrating when you don't know the words already. My daughter wanted to learn Spanish and Japanese. She only logged on once before giving up. I tried to figure more out to see if it could be workable, but I can't get past the words I knew prior to starting. The animals are simple enough to guess when it's just animals, but when other words are added it's impossible.
