BUYER BEWARE - Don't get this app, you have to get an entire year and then when the app stops working after 3 weeks they won't refund you the $200 for the year. Update in response to their comment. I went through their tech support and followed all of their steps and nothing helped, there was no phone support only email support, and they seemed supremely uninterested in fixing the problem. Don't listen to their platitudes in their reply comments. Also, all the 1-star reviews is evidence enough.

I want to so badly love this. We paid for the year subscription. My daughter is almost 4 and enjoys playing, though I am not sure how much practical language she is actually learning. Mostly just vocabulary words, and we are 20 lessons in. But my biggest problem is all the glitching. After every video and vocabulary song, the app starts flashing white and freezes. I have to shut the whole thing down and open it back up for her to be able to continue and get the flashing to stop.

I paid about 13 something for the subscription and my purchase is unnoticed by the app. My child has not been able to use the app and learn Japanese.
