This app is super helpful, especially for the Customer Service department! I was trying to book my flight through the app but was hesitating over a few details. Then suddenly, almost like they read my mind, the Direct team reached out to me on WhatsApp. Thanks to their help, I got a great price plus 25 kg of baggage allowance for both my departure and return flights. All credit goes to Bassem, his support was absolutely excellent! 👏✈️

Very bad experience. They charge you a huge amount for Visa assistance and the assistance quality is bad, the team is not responsive when contacted on WhatsApp. No progress reporting whatsoever to give you a sense of whether your papers that will be collected at the day of the interview are ready or not. You arr always stuck with auto reply or AI on WhatsApp. I won't try using this app again. I recommend going directly to VFS.

Most fraud company, I start my process with this company, the day of appointment when I went to their office to collect my file, same day there was my appointment, 4 hours before Interview I reach their Jeddah office, Ask me to sit, if you ask questions they will not respond. After four hours later they started printing my document and handovered me, When I check them, It was not complete. When I contact, Nobody responds., Very very very bed experience. TOTAL FRAUD & Ali Baba Company is Direct
