Update: customer service reached out directly and discussed my technical issues. I really appreciate Dave taking the time to resolve the issues with me as well as explaining the new additions to the app. Outstanding customer service. The app is well-thought-out and organized. After update. App no longer pulls vins automatically. I'm sure they'll continue to raise my monthly rate anyway tho.
