Linking an external account to this app is broken, resulting in an infinite loop of same steps. Why is a credit score info taking up a valuable real estate on the screen? How is this app fundamentally better than the old one? The rollout of this app was terribly communicated with the existing customers.

It would be nice to get a heads-up that we're moving apps for the third time again. I reached out via email to DCU to verify if this was real because this app looks like a scam, heard nothing back. The user UI is painful to navigate, I have to rehook up my external accounts, and the navy blue bubbles clash hard against the dark background in dark-mode. Please make them white. As someone who works IT and has done app coding, this roll out was handled terribly. I'll be looking into other banks now

Doesn’t work and was rushed out too quick. I couldn't access my money for over a week and am now in the process of closing my accounts over how they handled it.
