Perhaps it was the administrator setup but the app has too few data fields to establish multiple persons email addresses and phone numbers and more than one US postal address for a single household. Fails to restrict the formatting to all caps or all lowercase so that in the search to retrieve an individual's record the display of sometimes caps lowercase makes it visually in next to impossibly identify the individual one is searching for. I was just told about this tonight from my child's friend parent who already has an account and saw it was a wonderful app to have. I installed it on 2 different phones, and it's giving me the problem where I can not create an account as a new user. All I can do for an option is to log in or if I forget my password can look it up by username, which doesn't help since I never created an account.
