I'd love to give 5 but the video keep getting shut off and blur. It is keep doing it more often now. O don't know because of he camera or the signal. But I did try the troubleshoot. But it still doing it. I love Safety 1st and I have the auto close door from them, camera, baby monitor and toy. Even baby on board sign in the car.

Good monitor, no problems with normal usage of it. Its thru internet so i can be out on a walk, blocks away, and check on my baby still. Or my wife out of town can look at him cutely sleeping whenever she wants. I took 1 star off because i found initial setup difficult, didnt seem to pair/connect well. Other reviewers complain that they dont like waking up to a screaming baby. But that has nothing to do with any monitor. Thats having a baby.

I dont have good wifi connection but this still works well considering. The feature that captures moments for you isnt impressing me. Some days i get several "moments" of litterally nothing happening, other days, i dont get any moments at all. Doesnt seem to make sense how it works.

Monitor let's off audible chimes while baby is trying to sleep. Monitor also loses connection to wifi many times a day.

This camera is terrible. It constantly disconnects overnight (my wifi has no issues). Now for the past two days the camera won't connect at all. I tried literally everything: resetting, removing the camera to re-pair (says offline and won't re-pair), I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. I even opened a brand new unit since I have two and that one does the same thing! Customer care isn't available, made me leave a message. For a $200 product this is unacceptable.
