"Start on Boot" for the final star! Aside from one or two annoying foibles, DropBear SSH Server II is an excellent SCP/SFTP/SSH implementation which I seem to need every day. An SSH shell in PuTTY throws up more segmentation errors than I'd expect, so I tend to end up using adb for important shell stuff, which is a pity because I'd love to leave DropBear running (from BOOT, please!) and use WinSCP+SFTP for all my file transfer work - it's rock solid, lightening fast, and automatically resumes in the event of me popping out for a spell. The built in test of having the user manually install the binaries is thoughtful, clearly you only want experienced, technically-minded, root-savvy guys using your software! If word got out that you can extract scp, ssh, and sftp_server from inside the package and copy them to /system/xbin/, all sorts of folks might start using it! Good work, but needs finishing. ;o) Cor

Excellent program Program works as advertised. Saved my phone from horrible bug with sgs3 transferring files to linux. Just ensure busybox is installed before you install app or will need to reinstall.

can't get it to work on Galaxy S2 I saw that Shahnawaz Siddiqui managed to make it work by manually copying files but I can't figure it out. The application is doing something, because if it's not running an ssh attempt is instantly refused but it it's running ssh attempts give no response until they time out. The sshd will open a "connection" to localhost inside the phone: if I adb shell into the phone I can ssh root@localhost and log in. The only sshd options that work lately are digisshd, which seems pretty intrusive, and an ubuntu image, which is serious overkill.

Cannot install server After instalation,cannot get server installed. Any help?

Install hangs? I tapped "Install" and after a big of checking... nothing. AFAICS. All I get is the collection of buttons (is my display too small to show text underneath?), all grayed-out, and a spinner in the top right. Is it creating a host key? I suspect that's it. If I'm right, how long does this take? Hope I can even use it, with the apparently missing text... (Currently one star, sorry)
