They took my money, told me I needed to take an eye exam, they asked me 5 times which direction an E was facing, then told me my eyesight had changed and couldn't renew my prescription. Literally, I could see the E the entire time. Are you telling me my eyesight improved *without* me knowing? Useless test. Now that 1800 contacts is charging for their test that *does* work, I'd recommend people just bite the bullet and go into the store. These apps are ridiculous.

Can't log in. Says my email and password combo are invalid. Thinking that maybe my password has lapsed since I hadn't logged in for a long time, I reset my password (verifying it worked on the website) and tried the app again, with the same "invalid" result.
