Old version worked perfect they updated it now its junk had to remove it wouldn't play live tv dish went from great to awful will have to get rid of them soon. I don't get local channels. Your excuse is I have to have the Hopper receiver. As a result, this app is useless to me. I have to bring in a streaming competitor.

I've had dish cable and the app for many years and for some reason the app wants to say I don't have internet connection and I cannot use or download my record shows. It's always something with this app!

This app has really gone down hill. I've used it for years off on but any more it's terrible. Works for maybe 2 minutes or maybe 20 minutes but freezes or starts buffering. Very annoying because I have to exit completely out of the app then relog in. I upgraded to fast fiber optic internet, rebooted the fire stick, cleared the cache, rebooted the router, uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and even bought a new fire stick. Nothing I've read on the Internet has helped.
