Our son has loved using this app for years now, we had all characters unlocked and loads of stickers. Since the recent update he can only use the character he had at the point of upgrade, or Mickey. All the other characters say check connection (when definitely online) and won't download! Nor will the sticker albums. Very poor update after years of working fine - and a sad boy who can't change his character anymore. Device has space and I haven't chosen to limit anything!

The Magic Timer was very exciting for my child as it helped keep the time and have fun experience while brushing the teeth. Is there a possibility to transfer the child profile on a new device? I tried installing the app on a new tablet and had to create a new profile. All stickers, paid characters, and earned stickers are gone. Very disappointing!

Poor streak management, disappoints the child. If you don't brush before noon, or the app isn't available for brushing (ie the phone with the app isn't available) you lose your streak. Very disheartening for young children. Parents should be able to update the calendar and have the option to let the streak continue. ETA: Love that changes were made regarding my earlier review. Unfortunately, now we're having issues loading the app (stalls before the names show up).
