We had been using the app fine and my daughter loved it. Then all of a sudden the profile disappeared and all her stickers and saved rewards were gone. She has been collecting.

We have been using the app for FIVE years. It has been great. We unlocked all the characters. Just as my daughter was getting kinda bored with it. They came out with the sticker scenes and the new Lilo stitch characters. And now I open the app to start our brushing routine, and it's gone. Five years of brushing gone. All the stickers and pictures earned, characters Purchased..... very disappointed.... can I get them back ? There is no restore purchase option..........
