This is totally legit! I made a request through the app for an appointment. I had a call from them within 10 mins. The visit was the smoothest doctor visit ever! Super nice doctors came to my home and diagnosed my daughter with a ear infection and put in a prescription right then. I love this! Thank you dispatch health!!!

Dispatch Health is a miracle. I couldn't believe that it was true that care actually came to your home but the experience was wonderful. It reminds me of the old doc who pulls up in his model T Ford with his black bag it is simply the same. Wonderful!

Registration was easy the problem I have, my wife had a medical problem and we were recommended to use this service instead of the ER. We called waded through the multiple questions. Was told to hold for a representative. Remained on the line and No one ever came to the phone. The call was dropped. searched Google store found the app. Someone finally called. We registered spoke with a nurse and was told they had no appointments until 24 hrs later. It was a complete waste of time. Unhappy.

I was feeling really bad and decided to sign up for this app recommended to me by yhe the emergency room in the past thinking it would be a solution to my pain and sickness and they refused to see me after they took down all of my personal information. I could have just went to the hospital insteaf of wasting twenty minutes of my time just to hear they wont come see me. I have asthma and its sad they denied me a visit when I have pretty good insurance.
