One area that could be improved is customer support communication. When I called for help, there was sometimes a language or voice barrier, and it was difficult to clearly understand the information about my parcel tracking. Improving this would make the service even better. Still, I appreciate the reliable delivery service.

Even after emails to them the company doesn't respond at all, they have changed the currency from rupees to dollars after placing the order. Can you pls correct the currency shown here in dollars to rupees I placed the order in rupees and not dollars, The currency is showing in dollars on WhatsApp as well as the website/app? Pls rectify this and show the amount in rupees.
