DK Xpress

Draper and Kramer Company has been providing an exciting borrower experience since 1893.

As an industry leader, our mobile mortgage application is evidence of our continued effort to provide an outstanding mortgage process to our borrowers and referral partners.

To assist us in this vision we are offering a mobile mortgage application, DK Xpress.

This tool will provide you the enhanced ability to integrate into your loan process. With this app, you’ll have the ability to start your loan transaction, calculate various loan payment options, know your loan file status and allow you to scan documents necessary to move your loan file towards approval and closing.

Here at 1st Advantage Mortgage, we are focused on the customer experience and our mortgage application will allow you seamlessly accomplish your home mortgage goals.

For our referral partners it provides an enhanced referral process by offering you the ability to give your clients instant access to our loan officers, offer payments calculators, property information and the ability to use the mobile app to streamline the loan process for the mutual benefit of all parties.
