When I try to buy the Italian books it doesn't work. A message saying "error: the item you are attempting to purchase can not be found".

It's a disaster. I've worked with these books, they were not written by native English speakers, and they're riddled with errors. It's a complete con to get your money. You have to pay a license fee to use them, but you should do research on where these books originate from, just so you know it's not a country known for English speaking. If you want a natural native English direct method then this is not it. My advice is to contact individuals that know how to do it.
