I was failed to create profile due to be unable to capture selfie within because the selfie screen is unresponsive and that's why I'm missing the take selfie button. Also, if you failed to take selfie and go back then your given nid data will be removed, and you have to provide it once again this is weird they can't able to save each data individually. So disappointed to not been able to create a profile at least.
