The network service is extremely poor. Whenever I contact customer care to file a complaint, they either put my call on hold automatically or disconnect it. My network has been down for the past week. They only register the complaint but no one actually fixes the issue. They keep saying it will be resolved as soon as possible, but nothing has been done. Their service and network are very disappointing. They have caused me a lot of inconvenience. Even their app and customer support do not work properly

Worst service every month 2-3 complain is there of internet not working or fiber issue and no proper customer service executive too. And they will never admit their mistake. New customer THINK TWICE before taking connection from DNA.

What a third class app. I am using dna since last 3 yrs almost.can't even renew the plan by myself.app doesn't even have the forgot password option. I can't even login to my account as I don't remember the password.have to literally ask for the payment link every time for renewal.that's a different task altogether. Customer care doesn't connect to the human
