The app was already frustrating, but it has now become even more frustrating after the update. The sim authentication process is so lengthy and fails most of the time. If I somehow log in into the app I am not able to do any transactions.... What is the use of a banking app if I am not even able to send money... Been visiting to DNS branch every single day for the past 2 weeks and when they contacted the technical team the guy responded by saying that it's a mobile issue and did not solve my prblm

I would have given -5 stars if available. The worst mobile app ever. I guess they have hired developers from college. The sim validation is unnecessary 30 seconds timer. No SMS nothing and it gets validated. For funds transfer first time it keeps giving error, "Cooling period validation failed". How will a customer even know what is cooling period and when can one transfer amount. Password reset is another pain. The OTP will be received after you give up trying multiple times and close the app.
