The app was already frustrating, but it has now become even more frustrating after the update. The sim authentication process is so lengthy and fails most of the time. If I somehow log in into the app I am not able to do any transactions.... What is the use of a banking app if I am not even able to send money... Been visiting to DNS branch every single day for the past 2 weeks and when they contacted the technical team the guy responded by saying that it's a mobile issue and did not solve my prblm

Most discussing app, taking long time for Sim authentication and for password changing, I reset new password, but still system shows password is expired, contact bank administrator, then what is the use if this app, If I have to bank for my work.
