out of their ways to have a team come early in the morning at 7am for it to
be done the day I needed. And sent 2 great maids instead of 1 in exchange
of not being able to make my apointment at the time I needed. Even the
hotline who called me to arrange the situation spoke perfect English. Ngi
was great and had a wonderful smile despite having to come early and having
no electricity in the condo for aircon etc... as well as her colleague Mai.

Cheats. They have done it twice. The app takes orders for discount codes and then the discount code is not applied. I call it fraud. They send a driver to deliver who does not understand discount codes. Plus there customer care does not appreciate your efforts in booking through their app.

The laundry service is poorly explained and difficult to determine what service i need. If i want my socks and pants washec and dried, my shirts washed, ironed and hung and my towels washed and folded? I chose a collection and delivery date but it would not accept. No messages. Didnt accept any changes Gave up!

Every month cut salary from maid also 1 day that use 14 15 hr work time 10 11 hr but salary is very sad 😂😂
