Dockiz: File, Photo & AI Doc

Dockiz is the cloud document vault for freelancers. Store photos and files, organize them in albums and folders, then generate freelance proposals and contracts with AI — all in one app.

Stop hunting through chat threads, email, and your camera roll for the PDF a client needs. Dockiz keeps your work files, photos, proposals, and contracts in one place you can search, preview, and share from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Cloud file storage
Upload PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, and more. Group documents into folders, preview them in the app, and share a file when a client asks.

Photo albums
Save work photos, receipts, site pictures, and project shots. Organize them into albums and categories like work, personal, family, travel, or other. Search your gallery fast.

AI proposals and contracts
Turn project details into a freelance proposal or contract. Pick your industry — software, design, consulting, construction, or general — and Dockiz fills in scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, payment terms, IP, confidentiality, and more. Export PDF or DOCX, mark drafts as final, and share.

Your freelance profile
Save your name and company details (including VAT and address) so generated documents stay consistent across clients.

Works the way you work
Dark or light mode. Secure login. Cloud sync so your documents stay available across devices. WhatsApp and email support when you need help.
