Worst health app ever. Never works correctly, try to get online consultant, something breaks. Also, the consultation and follow-up consultation felt like a scam. They don't explicitly tell you consultation is over and if your doctor keeps the conversation on, and you are chatting, it is considered as follow-up consultation. You will have to pay the consultation charges again to talk to doctor. Scamming in the name of Health!

I am using Doc prime app & my calories, steps etc. are not syncing to this app. My Bitcoin is not increasing. When I am clicking on customer support in rewards then some external service like HUDDLE is opening, and they are saying to contact with visit or Doc prime application. If I am using Doc prime app, why should I contact Doc prime. Such a bad customer care support experience. Whom should I reach out to for this? In Doc prime application, I can't see any customer support option

Worst experience so far. After clicking on *my consults* it goes back continuously. Means u cannot contact the concerned doctor for more details like Practo app is offering. Practo is far better than this app.
